Risk, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID) are an important concern of ERP project steering teams
The PM is responsbile for keeping the RAID register updated and for checkpointing it regularly with the project steering team.
I tend to keep risks, assumptions and dependencies separate from issues - so I prefer RA(I)D.
The reason is that issue lists can be long and change frequently whereas your RAD should be shorter and less volatile.
Also assumptions and dependencies tend to be linked to or driving specific risks, in other words risks 'flow-out' of assumptions and dependencies and are reduced if those assumptions and dependencies are closed off.
