A Project Status Report is a key output from the Project Manager (PM)
Your project manager should produce a PSR for the delivery and steering teams on a regular basis - at least weekly and on an exception basis in response to major project events.
The PSR should present headlines such as:
The PSR should list open actions/issues/tasks currently being worked on by the delivery team.
It should list the status of open change request (CRs).
It should list actions completed since the last PSR and upcoming work to be done in the next PSR period.
PSRs should be stored in document library as an 'archive' of the project.
